Viewing Data
You can use the SampleManager web application to view your data:
- Expand the appropriate section of the Panelbar. This displays all the SampleManager
options that your user account allows you to access.
- Select the option for the items that you want to view.
- The appropriate items are displayed as a list in the content pane, as shown in
the example below:
- If the list of items is too large to be displayed. a scroll bar will appear
to the right of the content pane.
Note: If more than one page of data is contained in the folder, Page Controls will be shown at the bottom of the list. These allow you to navigate through the pages. Your current position
will be indicated by a bold page number at the bottom left of the list.
- To view the details of an item in the list, click on the
Details... text beside
the item that you want to view. This opens a property sheet for the selected
item. Click here to see an example of the

When viewing data in the SampleManager web interface, you may want to perform
additional actions on selected items. For example, when viewing completed samples, you may want to authorize a
sample. The Available Actions list, which is displayed below the list of items,
can be used to select additional actions that can be performed. Click
